Tracking Your Order

Split Shipments

Because products may be sourced from multiple warehouses, items purchased in the same order may arrive separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided:

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier or local authorities for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
